SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We aim to have your order dispatched from our facility within 24 hours. However, please bear with us if extra time is needed to check or perfect your items, particularly during peak season at the end of the year. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please refer to the chart below for rates and times. For Express Shipping, orders will be delivered by HFD Express within 1-3 working days. For USA, UK, and Europe, delivery takes 3-7 working days via FedEx or DHL. You will be notified by email and SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date and time. When this does not fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery and decide how, where, and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best. For standard shipping, orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination country. You may be required to sign for the package, so please choose an address where someone is available during business hours. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time and to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, or delayed delivery once the order has been shipped. Once a delivery confirmation number is provided, any claims should be made with FedEx or the national post. We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes, or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products. A delivery confirmation number is provided once an order is verified, processed, and submitted to FedEx. Please ensure that shipping and billing addresses match, as this is crucial for timely processing and shipping. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect shipping or billing addresses. We reserve the right to change or update our shipping policies and procedures at any time without notification.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and VAT, duties, or taxes are not collected by us and cannot be predicted. Any additional charges must be paid by the customer for the package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD), which are paid to the local carrier. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order on the package. Customs agents may release, deny release, or delay delivery of your package. International returns due to invalid shipping address or delivery failure will be subject to a $25 restocking fee deducted from the refund. Returns due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee and any taxes, customs, and duties charged, deducted from the refund. Returns due to refusal to receive the order will be subject to a $25 restocking fee and shipping cost, deducted from the refund.
RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
Brand new products can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery if they are in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for sale items. Merchandise must be unworn with original tags attached and in original packaging. Include the original packing list to avoid delays. Returns should be shipped via insured, traceable mail in a secure package. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be well packaged and traceable. Store credit is offered for the full value of the item and never expires. Cash refunds are not provided. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is not in original condition, used, washed, or missing tags. We reserve the right to change our returns, refunds, or exchange policy at any time without notification.

LIMITS ON PURCHASING
Purchases for resale purposes are not authorized. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.
